A partial basement remodel consisting of a vast amount of drywall work, some stud framing, and a complete repaint (photos unavailable).
Here's what occurred:

1. FRAMING. The stairwell leading to the basement was exposed on both sides, so Ever Green added studs to close in both walls, thus creating two complete private rooms. Addtional studs in both rooms needed to be replaced or moved in order to properly secure the drywall.

2. DRYWALL. 2 Room's complete (ceilings & walls), as well as an addtional laundry room dividing wall. Cutouts for recessed lighting, sub-level windows, entertainment system speakers, electrical, and plumbing occurred, as well as some detailed edge work around built in cabnets which were reinforced with metal corner braces.

3. PAINTING. Our standard two-coat brush & roll system was applied using Rhoda's low VOC Horizon paint. Photos unavailable at present, but then again, painting our Ever Green's specialty, so please visit some of the other job photos for examples.
