This house received THE WORKS! Previously a run-down fixer, the new owners
set out to do her right. Too many things to list, but below is a majority
of the projects with a few select photos of what occurred:
1. PRESURE WASHING. Entire home, driveway
& sidewalk.
2. NEW DOORS INSTALLED. Front & side doors stained
with new hardware.
3. SIDE FENCE INSTALLED. Now a dog friendly enclosed
back yard.
4. HARDWOODS REFINISHED. Both back bedroom's had moldly
carpets, which were pulled out, revealing several cat pee stains. sets
of rusty staples were removed, and all hardwoods were sanded with 5 different
grits of paper. Heck, the floor was so rotted at the crawl space area
my foot even went through, so new flooring also went in to match in some
areas.
5. SIDING REPLACEMENT. Shake siding replaced in numerous
locations on the homes rear, and were then primed, prior to painting.
6. COMPLETE EXTERIOR REPAINT. From a dirty, moldy white,
to the cute 3 color home you now see.
7. COMPLETE INTERIOR REPAINT. The paint color was Rhodda's
"Healing Aloe", and I couldn't think of a more needed paint.
Perfect for warm winters and cool summers. All trim and crown molding
received a subtle off-white to continue the refreshing tones.
8. NEW SOCKETS, SWITCH PLATES & CABNET HARDWARE INSTALLED.
Increased safety & some color consistency, with cabnet hardware,
electric & light covers from Rejuvenation.
9. FRONT PORCH STRIPPED & STAINED. Pressure washed,
stripped with a PH balanced stripper & stained with 2 coats by Timberpro
Stain.
10. NEW WINDOWS. Several cracked single panes replaced.
11. BATHROOM VANITY. New cabnet installed & light
fixture moved.
