To replace T-111 siding which had dry rot in various locations.
Here's what occurred:

1. REMOVE OLD SIDING. There were three areas of concern on this home. Extensive rot by the rear glass sliding door, and on the west and south sides of the home in various locations. After the trouble areas were identified, the old siding was removed.

2. INSTALL NEW SIDING. New T-111 panels were cut to size, then all seams and submerged nails were caulked to seal the home. Additionally, new 1"x4" pre-primed corner boards were installed by the back sliding door to replace the older, rotted ones. These were also caulked with existing siding so the job would be ready for painting.

3. CLEAN UP. All older siding was removed from the property and disposed of properly through Metro. All old nails were taken to Far West Fibers during our semi-monthly recycling of metals.
