A complete exterior repaint of home in a low VOC Satin paint which included the front door. Ever Green also suggested painting the gutters for a cohesive trim scheme, which the client agreed to. Here's what occurred:

1. PRESURE WASHING. To thoroughly clean the entire home.

2. PREP - SCRAPING, PRIMING & CAULKING. This home's major issues were severe siding cracking on southern faces, and bare wood on fascias from failing paint. Fascias were scraped completed and given two coats of primer and three coats of trim to establish a strong base. Spot priming occurred throughout the entire home, and caulking was done as needed around cracking windows and door jams.

3. PAINTING. Our standard two coat-brush & roll system was applied using Rhoda's low VOC Horizon paint with set up time between, however three coats were applied on all south facing sides. Gutters were painted orange to create a fluid trim scheme to balance the home aesthetically. The front door was painted to match the trim in a semi gloss for additional eye appeal. The outcome of this home as a beautiful blend of modern, minimal, and elegance, balance in harmony with their landscaping.
