Our most diverse job to date. Our contract included 13 items and 3 options
from painting to carpentry of various locations.
Here's
what occurred:
1. PRESURE WASHING. The entire home to prepare
the surface.
2. CARPENTRY. 7 rotted fascia boards were replaced, 2
sub-level windows moldings were replaced, and all the front window moldings
were replaced with appropriate exterior pre-primed moldings. These were
all caulked at joints, seams, and where they met siding. Almost 2 cases
of caulk were used on this job!
3. PAINTING. The only thing more Ever Green could have
done would have been to paint the entire home. On the front, the garage
door and trim, the entire front entrance and door, and all front replaced
window moldings were painted (and primed
as needed). The entire east side of the home was painted. The weather tower
on the top of home was primed twice and painted. The home's rear gable
and eves were painted, and all the fascias and gutters were painted to
give the home a strong visual aesthetic.
4. LANDSCAPING. The east side of the home had a sunken garden box which
the client asked to be removed. Ever Green dug out this box as well as
a two foot expansion for the entire side, then filled it with a natural
weed barrier and gravel, boxed in by non-pressure treated wood.
5. RESTORATION. So... after two scorching summer weeks
where it almost reaching 100 degrees,
the home was restored to its original beauty.
